Update 1: Vegetable Garden

During this unit, we wanted to give student the opportunity to have the experience of picking, planting, and observing their own plants. We had an awesome parent volunteer come talk about plants with our students and help them grow their very own plants! Students got to pick their very own plants and plant their seeds in a cup. After they put the seeds in soil, they gave their cups a little water and transported the cups to pallets outside of the school. We will be carefully observing these vegetables and writing our observations in our plant journals!
